Project Manager | BMS, ELV & Smart Building Systems

Your New Role As a Project Manager (BMS, ELV & Smart Building Systems) , you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale Building Management System (BMS) and integrated building technology projects across complex greenfield environments. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling through to installation, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams, you will drive project execution while ensuring commercial, technical, and programme objectives are achieved. This role will have a strong focus on BMS implementation and integration , alongside associated ELV and smart building technologies. What you'll need to succeed Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience delivering large-scale ELV, BMS, smart building, or integrated infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of building technologies, including security systems, access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and building automation systems. Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Project. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate site execution, and drive projects to successful completion.
