Project Engineer

Your new role

Reporting to the project leadership team, you will support the planning and delivery of engineering and technology projects from a client-side perspective. You will coordinate project activities, manage stakeholder engagement, facilitate project governance, and ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and in line with key milestones.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating project schedules, meetings, actions, and documentation.
• Supporting project planning, reporting, risk management, and governance activities.
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement across engineering, operations, technology, and project development teams.
• Assisting with design reviews, technical workshops, and project coordination activities.
• Monitoring project progress and providing updates on milestones, risks, and project outcomes.
• Ensuring project records, reports, and presentations are maintained to a high standard.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learnt processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Project Management, or similar role.
• Experience supporting engineering, energy, infrastructure, technology, R&D, or industrial projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Primavera P6, innovation projects, renewable energy, or emerging technologies will be advantageous.
