Your tasks

Your new role As a Product/Quality Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical interface between customers, regional teams, and global engineering stakeholders, supporting the successful integration of advanced display technologies into next-generation computing platforms.

• Partner with leading technology manufacturers to drive the successful adoption and integration of advanced display technologies.
• Serve as the technical expert, troubleshooting complex product and quality challenges from development through commercial launch.
• Influence customer roadmaps by translating market needs and industry trends into actionable engineering solutions.
• Collaborate closely with global engineering, product, and commercial teams to accelerate project execution and customer success.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand technology engagement across strategic accounts.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of customer-facing technical experience within the display, electronics, semiconductor, or computing industries.
• Hands-on experience with display technologies such as LCD, OLED, AMOLED, TFT-LCD, or Mini-LED.
• Strong expertise in display qualification, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and stakeholder management, with exposure to notebook or monitor products being highly advantageous.
• Mandarin language proficiency is required, as the role involves regular engagement with stakeholders and customers across Greater China, alongside occasional regional travel to support key customer programs and business initiatives.
