Your new company You will be joining a leading technology and telecommunications organisation delivering enterprise networking, cloud, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure solutions. The business is continuing to invest in next-generation technologies including AI, automation and cloud to support clients on their digital transformation journey.

Your tasks

Your new role As a Network Solution Architect, you will work closely with enterprise customers and Account Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into end-to-end networking solutions. This is a customer-facing presales role where you will lead solution design, technical discussions, workshops and proposals across campus, data centre, cloud and regional network environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise network solutions across Campus LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, data centre and cloud environments.
• Engage customers to understand business requirements and translate them into commercially viable technical solutions.

• Lead solution workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, POCs and solution discovery sessions.
• Develop technical architectures, Statements of Work (SOW), Bills of Materials (BOM) and solution proposals.

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, product teams and technology partners to ensure successful solution design and implementation.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network solution architecture, presales or technical consulting within telecommunications, technology vendors or system integrators.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge covering Campus LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, data centre and cloud networking.

• Hands-on knowledge of technologies from vendors such as Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Huawei or equivalent.
• Strong customer-facing and consultative skills, with experience conducting technical presentations, solution workshops and presales engagements.

• Exposure to AWS/Azure, cybersecurity, network automation, APIs or AI-enabled network operations would be advantageous; relevant certifications such as CCNP or Aruba are a plus.
