With continued expansion in Singapore and a growing portfolio of managed offices, the business is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join its local team and support the design and delivery of innovative workplace projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise headquarters, managed office fit-outs, workplace transformations, and flexible workspace environments while enjoying significant creative input and project ownership. Your New Role As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering workplace design projects from concept through completion, ensuring spaces are functional, aesthetically engaging, commercially viable, and compliant with local regulations. Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting the company's ongoing growth and expansion across Singapore. Key responsibilities include: Lead workplace and commercial interior design projects from concept development through construction, handover, and post-occupancy support. Develop innovative space planning, workplace strategies, concept designs, technical drawings, and construction documentation for enterprise and managed office environments. Manage project coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Oversee multiple concurrent projects, including office expansions, relocations, acquisitions, fit-outs, and workplace enhancement initiatives. Ensure design excellence, regulatory compliance (BCA & SCDF), and successful on-site execution through material reviews, site inspections, and stakeholder collaboration. What You'll Need to Succeed Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace design, commercial interiors, corporate fit-outs, or design-and-build projects. Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, technical detailing, and construction documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Knowledge of Singapore building regulations, workplace standards, and fire safety compliance requirements.
