HR Operations (Workday) #FR (1 year renewable)

Your new company A retail firm is looking for a HR Operations (Workday) #FR (1 year renewable) Your new role Receiving and prioritizing requests from management and HR Partners via ServiceNow. Include creating and maintaining positions as needed, in alignment with Strategic Workforce Planning. Employee lifecycle events which include high volume contract and document creation, processing requests for leaves of absence according to company policies and relevant regulations and managing termination process ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Providing ad-hoc system troubleshooting support and updates of employee data. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have: Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management. Workday experience, specifically within the Core HR area is required, and ServiceNow experience preferred.
