Full Stack AI Engineer (InsurTech)

About the job An Insurtech start-up is looking for an AI Engineer to join their team.

Your new role As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs and foundation models.
• Build RAG applications, AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation.
• Develop intelligent document processing solutions with OCR and AI services.
• Create scalable AI architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
• Implement AI security, governance, MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive AI strategy, innovation, POCs, and enterprise adoption.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years in software/cloud/data engineering, with 2+ years focused on AI/GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, RAG, vector databases, and LLM frameworks.
• Strong Python, REST API, Azure cloud, cloud-native development, and AI platform engineering skills.
• Experience in intelligent document processing, OCR, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, AI security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovation.
