About the company

Your new company Client is a wedding company in Singapore seeking to hire a AV Coordinator (Part time)

Your tasks

Your new role

• Arrive on time to set up and run a tech check with the venue's in-house AV team (HDMI, sound output, screen display, mic levels)
• Play video montages through OBS, extended to the venue's projection screen Run music with smooth fades and no awkward silences between segments Display slideshows in Canva or PowerPoint on cue (welcome screens, couple's story, thank-you slides)
• Host the technical side of games: e.g. launch Kahoot, display questions, run the bingo board, show the winners
• Stay in close contact with our coordinator and the emcee, and adapt quickly when the timeline shifts
• Troubleshoot calmly when something goes wrong, and switch to the backup files without the room noticing Keep the laptop screen discreet and notifications silenced throughout

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Confident with OBS, Spotify, Canva, PowerPoint and Kahoot (or quick to learn them; we'll walk you through our setup)
• Basic familiarity with mixers, wireless mics and venue sound systems
• Steady under pressure: when a file won't load, you stay calm and fix it quietly
• Detail-oriented, with a good sense of timing and an ear for when a fade should start
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable following a run sheet minute by minute
• Warm and professional with couples, families, venue staff and fellow vendors
• Available on weekends and some weekday evenings for rehearsals
• Able to travel to venues across Singapore
