Associate Program Manager (Retail) - 1 year contract

Responsibilities

Maintain integrated plans, milestones, schedules, deliverables and readiness activities for assigned programs or workstreams. Coordinate day-to-day execution and follow through on commitments.

Prepare concise, accurate status updates, dashboards, meeting materials, decision logs and leadership summaries. Maintain a predictable operating cadence and ensure information is current.

Track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and actions. Identify emerging blockers early, propose practical next steps and escalate when decisions or intervention are required.

Connect business, product, engineering, technology operations, finance, legal, procurement and vendors around scope, timing, ownership and hand-offs.

Support project intake, prioritization, resource and capacity views, portfolio data quality, project tracker upkeep, and consolidation of territory-level delivery insights.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience supporting technology, digital, retail, operations, transformation or cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment.
• Working knowledge of core program-management practices, including planning, milestones, RAID management, governance, status reporting and action tracking.
• Ability to structure ambiguous information, maintain attention to detail and translate updates into clear actions and decisions.
• Exposure to Agile, hybrid or traditional delivery methods and cross-functional technology launches.
