What Will You Be Doing?
No two days are the same in a specialist setting. Depending on your experience and the needs of the school, you may be:
- Supporting pupils with Autism and additional learning needs
- Helping young people develop communication and social skills
- Providing classroom support alongside teachers and therapists
- Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and behavioural needs
- Encouraging independence and confidence throughout the school day
- Supporting learning through practical, engaging activities
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults
- A background in education, care, youth work, residential care or support work
- A positive and patient approach
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in SEND, SEMH or specialist education
