We're looking for a Temporary Buyer to take responsibility for purchasing activity across a varied range of products and materials. You'll play a key role in ensuring stock levels are maintained, placing orders with suppliers, monitoring deliveries and handling ad hoc purchasing requirements as they arise. This is a position where you'll be trusted to take ownership of your workload whilst working closely with colleagues across the wider business. Whilst previous purchasing or procurement experience would be highly beneficial, attitude and aptitude are equally important. We're keen to speak with individuals who are switched on, proactive and comfortable working with systems and data. Strong IT skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate confidently with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to develop their career within purchasing and supply chain. Initially offered on a temporary basis, this role has genuine long-term prospects. The organisation is experiencing continued demand and there is a strong possibility that the position could be extended or lead to a permanent opportunity for the right individual.
