The Role:
As a Teacher of History, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Inspire students with a passion for historical enquiry and critical thinking.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback.
- Contribute to the wider life of the Humanities Department and school community.
- Support students in achieving their full academic potential
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching History within a secondary school setting.
- Excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for History.
- A commitment to raising attainment and promoting student success.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
