This is an excellent opportunity to teach Level 2 and Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications, supporting students as they develop the knowledge and skills required for further study and careers within the health and social care sector.The Role Deliver engaging and effective Health & Social Care lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 students. Plan, prepare and assess work in line with curriculum requirements. Support students to achieve positive academic outcomes. Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department and wider school. The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Health & Social Care at Level 2 and/or Level 3. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities.
