Your new role As a Teaching Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence and develop independence. Responsibilities may include: Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Providing one-to-one or small-group support for pupils with additional needs Supporting pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH or communication difficulties Helping to create a positive, inclusive and well-structured learning environment Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams Full-time and part-time roles are available, including daily supply, short-term and long-term opportunities starting after the October half-term.
