Primary Supply Teachers Required | Tamworth, Coleshill & Surrounding Areas

Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of primary schools across Tamworth, Coleshill and the surrounding areas and is looking to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers for both day-to-day and long-term opportunities. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, supply teaching offers the flexibility to work around your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience in a variety of school settings.

We have opportunities available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, and we're happy to work with your preferences if you would like to focus on specific key stages or year groups.

As a Supply Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive behaviour management and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

Long-term opportunities may include maternity cover, sickness cover, PPA cover, intervention work and management release time, with planning requirements dependent on the role.

What we're looking for:

• QTS, PGCE or ECT status
• Recent teaching experience within a primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Adaptability and a positive, professional approach
