Senior Supply Planner

The successful candidate will take ownership of a key product portfolio, ensuring product availability while managing risk, cost and stock levels. Working closely with Procurement, Operations, Commercial and Logistics teams, you will play a vital role in driving planning performance and supporting business growth.

Your new role

• Manage end-to-end supply planning across a defined supplier and product portfolio.
• Develop robust supply plans aligned to forecasts and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and drive stock optimisation initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through effective planning and supplier engagement.
• Analyse supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support new product introductions and business change activities.
• Provide coaching and guidance to planning colleagues where required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement or Inventory Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing supplier relationships within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
