SEN Teaching Assistant - Gloucester start ASAP

Are you a compassionate and committed teaching assistant professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We're supporting a local Primary School in Gloucester who are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to cover on a long-term basis. This role would start as soon as possible and finish at the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships and make a difference at a local primary school, and to potentially secure long-term supply/permanent contracts in the future. The start date is as soon as possible.

The Role

This is a term-time only, temporary role. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of learning and supporting children, delivering lessons and utilising good behaviour management. Experience working with SEN is essential for this role.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who:

• Experience working with children with SEN needs within the last 5 years.
• Ideally, Level 2 or Level 3 qualified.
• Good behaviour management skills
• Are patient, resilient, and able to build strong relationships.
• Are committed to helping children Thrive deliver the best quality learning.

Location & Start Date

• Based in the Gloucester or surrounding areas.
• ASAP start.
