The Role
- Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire a love of Science
- Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities
- Monitor and assess student progress effectively
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Contribute to the positive culture of the department and wider school
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passion for inspiring and motivating young people
- Ability to build positive working relationships with staff, students and parents
- Adaptable, proactive and team-oriented approach
