Your tasks
I'm currently working with a leading organisation undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a customer documentation project. Key Requirements:
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Project Manager within enterprise-wide transformation programmes in an Insurance or Financial services organisation.
- Experience delivering customer documentation, communications or operational change projects.
- Proven experience leading projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Experience managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate delivery across business and technology teams.
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple value streams, delivery teams and workstreams.
- Ability to manage programme-level dependencies and maintain alignment with wider objectives.
- Track record of delivering projects to agreed timelines and outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Ability to travel to Brighton or Manchester offices.
- Experience across customer documentation lifecycles, including quote, renewal and other customer touchpoints
- Immediate availability
