Your new school Hays Education is working in partnership with a range of primary schools across Wednesbury, Sandwell and the surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to support schools with both planned and emergency cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Your new role
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. Opportunities are available across a variety of year groups, allowing you to gain experience in different school settings while enjoying flexibility around your work schedule.
You will have the opportunity to build relationships with local schools and choose assignments that fit your preferences and availability.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Flexibility, adaptability and a positive attitude
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting pupils' learning
