People Advisor

We're supporting a high-profile infrastructure employer seeking an experienced People Advisor to join their HR team during a period of ongoing organisational change and transformation.
Your new role
- Supporting managers with people-related decisions and employee relations matters
- Providing practical HR advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle
- Assisting with organisational change activity and consultation processes
- Producing workforce documentation, impact assessments and implementation plans
- Working closely with operational leaders, People teams and Trade Union representatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong HR generalist or People Advisory experience
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes
- Experience supporting organisational change or restructuring activity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, collaborative and delivery-focused approach
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
