We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join a welcoming and professional team based in Leeming Bar. This is a permanent job-share position working Mondays and Tuesdays, ideal for someone looking for a consistent two-day working week.

Your tasks
The role will include
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing emails and general enquiries
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Booking meeting rooms and supporting with meeting arrangements
- General administration and office support
- Ensuring the reception area is welcoming and professional
- Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Are you an organised, friendly and professional Receptionist looking for a permanent part-time role?
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so we're looking for someone who is personable, confident and enjoys providing a great service.
About you:You'll ideally have previous experience in reception, administration or customer service and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels.

What we offer
Hours & flexibility This is a permanent part-time position working Mondays and Tuesdays, with a salary of £11,695 per annum. As this role forms part of a job-share arrangement, some flexibility will be required to provide additional cover during your job-share colleague's annual leave.
