Finance Assistant/Accounts Payable

Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a not-for-profit organisation in Lincoln looking for a Finance Assistant to cover sickness in the accounts payable team.

Your new role

You will be responsible for inputting, matching, batching and coding accounts payable invoices as well as cashbook postings, reconciliations and dealing with supplier/internal stakeholder queries.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be immediately available for this temporary assignment and be living in the Lincoln area as the role is all office-based. You will have recent and proven accounts payable/purchase ledger experience. You will have strong IT and interpersonal skills.
