Your new role
We're looking for an organised, proactive and confident Project Officer to join a large public sector organisation and support the delivery of an important national environmental programme.Working across multiple projects, you'll coordinate specialist teams and external stakeholders, ensuring information, feedback and actions are effectively managed.
The role:
- Coordinate multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
- Organise meetings and provide high-quality project administration
- Prepare documents, communications and meeting notes
- Build strong relationships across internal and external teams
- Collate and coordinate project feedback
- Support project assurance processes
- Contribute to grant guidance and processes
- Identify and escalate project risks or gaps
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have excellent organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication and experience working across multiple projects or processes.
Previous experience within project support, project coordination, programme support or project administration would be particularly relevant.
You'll also need to be confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
