Employee Benefits Manager

An established professional services firm is seeking a Manager to join its growing Employee Benefits team. Known for its collaborative culture and client-focused approach, the business supports employers in delivering effective workplace pension solutions and employee benefits strategies across a diverse client base.

Working within a high-performing team, you will manage a portfolio of SME clients, acting as a trusted adviser on workplace pensions and related benefit arrangements. You will take ownership of client relationships, providing strategic and technical guidance on areas such as auto-enrolment, contribution structures, salary sacrifice, provider selection and ongoing scheme governance. You will also support new business activity, from initial pitch through to implementation, whilst identifying opportunities to further develop existing client relationships.

We're looking for an individual with a strong pensions advisory background gained within an FCA-regulated employee benefits consultancy, corporate advisory or financial advisory environment. You will have sound knowledge of workplace pensions and auto-enrolment legislation, be comfortable managing senior client relationships, and have experience presenting recommendations to both leadership teams and employees. Exposure to wider employee benefits would be beneficial, although pensions expertise will be the primary focus.
