Location: Bedford & surrounding areas Pay: £22.50 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm | Full-time

We're recruiting an experienced Qualified Plumber to join the in-house repairs and maintenance team of an established housing association. This is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent full-time work across social housing properties with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The role:

• Domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Responsive and reactive repairs
• Working across occupied and void properties
• Repairs to taps, toilets, baths, showers, pipework and leaks
• Minor associated multi-trade works
• Consistent, ongoing workload
• Van provided for work purposes
• Genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position

What we're looking for:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Strong domestic plumbing experience
• Social housing or property maintenance experience desirable
• Good fault-finding and repair skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Looking for stability and long-term employment
