Customer Service Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and growing service delivery team.Acting as a key point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional level of support throughout the lifecycle of their enquiries. This role would suit someone from a Facilities Management, Property Maintenance, Building Services, Engineering Support, Fire & Security, Service Desk or Helpdesk environment who enjoys coordinating multiple work streams and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works
- Scheduling engineers and subcontractors
- Raising and tracking service requests
- Liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers
- Obtaining and processing quotations
- Monitoring outstanding works and ensuring service levels are met
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Providing regular progress updates to customers
- Supporting the wider service delivery team with administration and reporting

- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
