About the company
Your new company You'll be joining a major organisation operating at the heart of the UK transport sector, supporting services used by customers across the country.
Your tasks
Your new role As CRM Data Manager, you'll take ownership of customer data across several high-profile consumer products, ensuring data quality and integrity while using customer insight to support CRM and commercial activity. This is a contract role with a 3-month initial period, possibility of extension.
Requirements
You'll be responsible for
- Running SQL queries, data selections and database extracts
- Managing customer data, data flows and data mapping
- Supporting customer segmentation to improve retention, cross-sell and ROI
- Producing data extracts and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring customer data is managed in line with GDPR
- Developing and maintaining customer data policies
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Experience working with Salesforce service cloud & marketing cloud
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience working independently with customer or commercial data
- Good commercial awareness
- The ability to communicate technical information clearly
