You'll play a key role in supporting students, managing a dedicated team, driving business performance, and ensuring an exceptional learning experience for families.

The Role:

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the Gloucester centre. You will lead a team of educators and support staff, maintain high standards of service delivery, and work closely with families to ensure students receive the best possible educational support. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the daily operations of the education centre
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of tutors and support staff
• Building strong relationships with parents, students and local stakeholders
• Monitoring centre performance against key business objectives
• Supporting student enrolment, retention and progression
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Managing schedules, resources and centre administration
• Promoting the centre within the local community and supporting business growth

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in a management, operations or leadership role
• Strong people management and team development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for education
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within education, training, tutoring, retail, customer service or service-based environments is advantageous
