Your new job working as an Aviation Account handler / Technician, will be working for an innovative and growing Independent Global Lloyd's Brokers who have been established for over 100 years. Due to substantial growth within their Aviation team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aviation Account Handler / Technician to join a highly successful and specialist team.This is a broad, technically focused position combining account handling responsibilities with front-end broking support, offering significant exposure to clients, retail brokers and key market stakeholders.

Your new role

Within this exciting dual account handling and front-end technical role, you will work collaboratively with Brokers, clients and retail brokers, producing client and market documentation, including MRC Slips and Endorsements, as well as reviewing contractual certificates.Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Brokers across a range of Aviation accounts.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and retail brokers.
• Prepare, draft and maintain Market Reform Contracts (MRC) Slips and Endorsements.
• Review and manage contractual documentation and certificates.
• Produce accurate client and market documentation.
• Ensure documentation is compliant with Lloyd's and London Market standards.
• Liaise with underwriters and market participants throughout the placement process.
• Providing high-quality technical support across the full policy lifecycle as well as build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Aviation Technical Insurance experience gained within the London Market.
• Previous Account Handler and/or Broker Back-Up experience and experience of producing MRC slips and Endorsements, ideally with some experience of Contracts and Certificates.
• Excellent technical insurance knowledge and attention to detail.
• Experience dealing directly with clients, brokers and underwriters.
• The ability to work independently within a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
