Your Tasks:
- Development and implementation of end-to-end corporate strategies
- Building and further developing strategic functions within the organization
- Steering complex transformation and change initiatives
- Design and prioritization of project and transformation portfolios
- Advising and sparring with executives up to C-Level
- Development of Operating Models and organizational structures
- Building and further developing high-performance teams
- Close cooperation with international departments and stakeholders
- Ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple countries and departments
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in a leading strategy consultancy or in the field of Corporate Strategy / Corporate Development
- Proven experience in building strategy functions and organizational structures
- Experience in steering complex transformation programs
- Successful implementation of strategic initiatives from conception to implementation
- Strong experience in stakeholder management at management and C-Level
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical skills as well as high implementation strength
- Business fluent English skills
