Your Tasks:

• Independent control and execution of national and international shipping processes
• Selection of suitable transport, packaging, and delivery solutions taking internal specifications into account
• Obtaining, comparing, and evaluating freight offers for truck, air, sea, courier, and special transports
• Organization of heavy-duty and special shipments
• Execution of standard and special customs procedures, including Carnet as well as active and passive processing
• Ensuring compliance with country, customer, and company-specific regulations
• Checking, coding, and approving incoming freight cost documents
• Initiating cost recharges to business partners and service providers
• Processing of damage cases, lead time deviations, loss reports, and billing discrepancies
• Monitoring and controlling invoices from external logistics and packaging service providers

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Sound, practical experience in the areas of logistics, export, procurement, or order processing
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Understanding of international supply chains and cross-border goods flows
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Strong organizational skills as well as high service orientation
