Your tasks:

• Advising executives on all personnel-related issues
• Deriving and implementing personnel measures taking into account legal, employment contract, collective agreement, operational, and personnel requirements
• Representing the interests of the HR department and further developing human resources management, e.g., within the framework of projects
• Representing, justifying, and coordinating personnel measures with the Works Council
• Balancing personnel fluctuations by initiating or arranging the necessary measures
• Conducting difficult personnel discussions or discussions regarding difficult circumstances (e.g., disciplinary measures, appeals against performance appraisals), deriving, coordinating, and implementing measures
• Representing and ensuring remuneration structures in the collective agreement area
• Accompanying personnel development for the assigned area and preparing and controlling associated actions
• Advising executives and employees on remuneration issues

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies (preferably Master's) in social sciences or economics, psychology, or law with a focus on HR
• Experience in working as an HR Manager, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner
• Knowledge in the field of labor law
• Business administration knowledge
• Good English skills
