Your Tasks:

• Development, optimization, and support of manufacturing processes as well as digital production systems
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and product safety requirements
• Analysis of production and process data to identify improvement and efficiency potential
• Implementation of measures to increase productivity, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency
• Support in root cause analysis and solving manufacturing and quality problems
• Collaboration with production, quality, design, Supply Chain, as well as external suppliers
• Promotion of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Right-First-Time principles

Your Qualifications:

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in the field of engineering, manufacturing technology, or production
• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or engineering environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and process optimization
• Experience in analyzing and solving technical as well as production-relevant challenges
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
• Good written and spoken English skills
