Your tasks:

• Independent scheduling and coordination of internal calibration orders
• Resource and capacity planning for various workstations and testing facilities
• Organization and monitoring of external calibrations, including schedule tracking
• Communication and coordination with external service providers and suppliers
• Advising and supporting internal departments regarding calibration services
• Maintenance, administration, and documentation of relevant master data and processes in SAP
• Preparation, packaging, and shipping of sensitive measuring and testing equipment to external partners
• Ensuring timely and high-quality order processing
• Monitoring delivery dates as well as tracking open processes

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as an Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in order processing, dispatching, production planning, or technical internal sales is an advantage
• Confident handling of SAP as well as common MS-Office applications
• Good written and spoken English skills for communication with international service providers
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and careful way of working
• Technical understanding and interest in technical products, measuring, or testing equipment
• Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external contact persons
