Your tasks:

• Management of homologation and compliance topics for spare parts
• Ensuring compliance with EU regulations (e.g., REACH, EUDR, PPWR, Digital Battery Passport)
• Analysis of regulatory requirements and their impact on the business
• Creation and review of compliance and trade documentation
• Collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D and international stakeholders
• Management of projects in the context of the EU Battery Regulation
• Preparation of Steering Committees and tracking of milestones
• Implementation of training and awareness measures on compliance topics
• Support with audits, reporting and monitoring of compliance KPIs

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree or comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of Regulatory Compliance, ideally Automotive
• Knowledge of relevant EU regulations (e.g., REACH, EUDR, PPWR)
• Experience in international stakeholder management
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good English skills; additional Chinese skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent
