Your tasks:

• Provision of new infrastructure in the data centers of the operational services (installation and expansion as well as cabling of technical and IT components)
• Support with assembly, disassembly, and cabling of IT components in the data center
• Activities in the field of power supply as well as the UPS and air conditioning systems of the data center
• Infrastructure support (facility, power distribution, air conditioning) of the data centers
• Execution or supervision of testing services for electronic devices in the data center and in IT distribution rooms in accordance with DGUV Vorschrift 3 (as the responsible electrical specialist)
• Deployment planning and control of external service providers
• Maintenance management (planning, control, quality assurance)
• Documentation of the infrastructure and the IT system environment (CMDB maintenance)
• Tool-supported processing of orders
• Responsible execution of Changes (infrastructure changes)
• Processing of Incidents

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as an electrician / Elektro-Meister or Elektro Techniker
• The professional qualification as an electrical specialist must be present
• Systematic and structured way of working
• Good technical specialist knowledge in the DC infrastructure environment
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• ITIL knowledge desirable
• Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to perform
• Confident handling of the MS Office product range
• Cooperation, team, and conflict skills
• Good English skills
