Your tasks:

• Prepare and execute Forward Sourcings and Global Sourcings
• Create and maintain series delivery schedules in SAP
• Processing of change requests (sending, checking, negotiating, commissioning)
• Ensuring procurement part supply, including tracking of the affected suppliers and measures regarding schedule, cost, quality
• Participation in supply meetings with debriefing of the affected colleagues
• Prepare and conduct price negotiations with suppliers
• Material group management in cooperation with the Group
• Preparation of documents for presentation in committees
• Interface communication with internal development, quality and logistics regarding the corresponding components

Your qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Sound professional experience (also within the framework of internships) in the purchasing of an industrial company, ideally however at an
• Automotive manufacturer or supplier
• Confident handling of SAP R/3, MS Office
• Good English skills
• Ideally basic technical understanding in the automotive sector for component support
