Your tasks:

• Carrying out business planning in cooperation with the individual departments, coordinating cost budgets as well as revenue targets and other KPIs
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as regulatory reporting
• Creating, further developing, and presenting the company's monthly reporting to the Board and the shareholders
• Identification of the need for action and development of suitable countermeasures
• Carrying out liquidity planning and ALM analyses
• Within the framework of projects: creating business plans, performing project controlling including variance analyses and recommendations for countermeasures, as well as participating in these projects

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed degree in a business administration program
• Initial professional experience in controlling, preferably in an insurance company or another (financial) service provider
• Very good English and IT skills (Excel is indispensable, Power BI and TM1)
• Analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers, as well as the ability to implement this in a meaningful way
• Effective communication within an international environment with multiple parties
• Commitment, assertiveness, and flexibility
• Strong solution orientation and prioritization even under time pressure
• But most importantly, enjoyment of working in a motivated team
