Scheduler (m/f/d) (Industrial Engineer)

Your tasks:

• Creation of Level 4/5 schedules in coordination with managers and taking into account the budget (h) and the schedule requirements of work packages from the projects
• Creation of resource / role concepts in MS Project and maintenance of resource calendars
• Harmonization of resource workload considering project priorities in coordination with managers
• Analysis of the schedule (Target / Actual - comparison of dates and working hours)
• Support / training of managers in the use of MS Project Professional (focus on resource planning)
• Qualitative checking of schedules (dependencies, constraints, granularity, etc.)

Your qualifications:

• Technical or commercial university degree or comparable
• Experience in scheduling as well as knowledge in project management
• Good knowledge of PRIMAVERA, MS Project, MS-Office
• Very good team and communication skills
• Knowledge of planning methodology
• English skills in speaking and writing
