Your Tasks:
- Support, administration, and monitoring of SAP system landscapes in on-premise and cloud environments
- Support and monitoring of SAP-BTP solutions as well as supporting users with technical questions
- Execution of 2nd-level support activities in the SAP Basis environment
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and sustainable optimization of SAP systems and interfaces
- Planning and implementation of system installations, release changes, upgrades, and migrations
- Administration and monitoring of SAP applications based on AS ABAP and AS Java
- Support and optimization of the connected database systems (Oracle, SAP HANA, MaxDB)
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of technical documentation
- Participation in customer projects and support in the further development of SAP system landscapes
Your Qualifications:
- Successfully completed training as a Fachinformatiker, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in SAP Basis administration or a comparable position
- Good knowledge in the operation and support of SAP systems, especially SAP NetWeaver, AS ABAP and ideally AS Java
- Experience in handling database systems such as SAP HANA, Oracle, and ideally MaxDB
- Good knowledge of the operating systems Windows and Linux
- Experience in support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of complex SAP landscapes
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong service orientation
- Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with users and specialist departments
