Your tasks:

• Creation, maintenance, and optimization of labels, nameplates, and product markings
• Development and administration of label templates in NiceLabel and/or Codesoft
• Maintenance and integration of marking-relevant data in the SAP environment
• Support during product launches, product changes, and custom manufacturing
• Ensuring compliance with marking, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Analysis, standardization, and automation of existing labeling processes
• Close cooperation with product management, production, quality assurance, and international locations

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical or commercial-technical training
• Professional experience in the field of product marking, labeling, technical documentation, or master data management
• Knowledge of NiceLabel and/or Codesoft
• SAP experience, ideally in the context of material master data or production
• Good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, careful, and quality-conscious way of working
• Affinity for digitalization, automation, and process optimization
• Strong communication skills as well as pronounced service and team orientation
