Senior Specialist Product Quality (m/f/d) (Quality Manager)

Your tasks:

• Assume quality responsibility in development projects
• Define and monitor quality requirements
• Moderate and evaluate risk analyses and FMEAs
• Control quality measures in the product development process
• Close cooperation with development, production, and international suppliers
• Evaluate prototypes as well as create test and review reports
• Accompany production releases and series starts at suppliers
• Report quality KPIs and project progress
• Drive continuous improvements using 8D, QRQC, and other quality methods

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
• Sound experience in quality management, ideally in product development
• Knowledge of FMEA, 8D, QRQC, Root Cause Analysis, and risk management
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and international project teams
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Very good English skills and willingness to travel
