Manager Supplier Quality (m/f/d) (Quality Manager)

Your tasks:

• Conducting supplier audits and potential analyses
• Monitoring supplier performance as well as conducting Supplier Ratings
• Controlling and tracking complaints, 8D processes, and corrective actions
• Development and qualification of suppliers regarding quality standards and processes
• Ensuring cost recovery for supplier-caused quality problems
• Training and coaching of suppliers and internal stakeholders in quality and problem-solving methods
• Creation of quality reports and presentations for management
• Participation in the digitalization of Supplier-Quality processes

Your qualifications:

• Technical degree or comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in Supplier Quality or quality management
• Experience with supplier audits and supplier development
• Knowledge of 8D, PPS, QRQC as well as relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, VDA, IATF)
• Strong communication skills, analytical way of working, and assertiveness
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel to international supplier locations
• Ideally VDA 6.3 Auditor certification
