Your tasks:
- Administration, support, and further development of the IT infrastructure
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and clients
- Monitoring of the system landscape as well as ensuring availability and performance
- Management of user accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Execution of backups as well as recovery measures
- Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software malfunctions
- Support of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Support of users in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Participation in IT projects and the introduction of new technologies
- Documentation of systems, processes, and configurations
Your qualifications:
- Experience as an IT technician, IT support specialist, or in a similar position
- Sound knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks
- Practical experience in supporting ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic server administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users clearly and professionally
- Communication skills in English
