Your tasks:

• In close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, you will sustainably optimize our Supply Chain processes End-to-End
• You will actively participate in international projects along the entire supply chain and take responsibility for sub-areas of the Supply Chain
• You will ensure product availability and ensure that our products are in the right place at the right time - efficiently, predictably, and with minimal inventory risk
• You are the central contact person for national and international suppliers, freight forwarders, as well as in intercompany business
• Triggering orders as well as managing the entire order processing process are part of your daily business
• You negotiate prices and conditions - for both individual and framework agreements
• You organize and coordinate deliveries to customers or collections from suppliers and affiliates to our 3PL service provider
• You take responsibility for inventory management, including inventory preparation and interface processing in SAP
• You create sound demand forecasts as a basis for optimal Supply Chain control and continuously develop these in close coordination with the corporate group

Your qualifications:

• You have a completed degree in the field of economics, logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
• You have sound professional experience in Supply Chain Management, purchasing, or logistics
• Confident handling of SAP is part of your toolkit and is essential for this position
• You speak fluent English and can move confidently in an international environment
• You bring strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• You have experience in dealing with KPI-based supplier management
• You convince with negotiation skills, communication strength, and assertiveness
• You enjoy working independently, are at the same time a team player, and are used to working with different stakeholders
• Ideally, you have experience in project management.
