Your tasks:
- Supervision and advice for colleagues regarding welding technology and specifications
- Quality assurance with existing as well as new suppliers, supplier qualification
- Technical planning and design as well as creation of 3D models
- Technical consulting from the quotation phase through to manufacturing and assembly
- Documentation & quality assurance including inspection and approval of supplier quotations and drawings
- Innovation and optimization of design methods, welding specifications, and processes
Your qualifications:
- Degree or technician qualification in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
- Qualification as a welding specialist engineer or welding specialist required
- Professional experience in the field of welding supervision or quality assurance
- Precise and reliable way of working, assertiveness
- Organizational talent and enjoyment of collaboration
- Good English skills
- Willingness for occasional business trips (to construction sites/to suppliers)
