Your tasks:

• Installation, configuration, and support of hardware and software
• Carrying out problem analyses and solving hardware and software malfunctions, thus supporting smooth daily operations
• Contact person for our employees and the corporate headquarters (in Spain) for IT questions
• Participation in infrastructure projects, e.g., developing digital solutions

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Informatiktechniker, or IT Systemelektroniker, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience desirable
• Strong analytical skills
• Sound knowledge in Windows/Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Sense of responsibility, diligence, flexibility, and reliability
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• High degree of initiative, teamwork, and motivation
• Good and confident English skills
