Your Tasks:

• You will take over the legal support of the operational departments in all matters of commercial and contract law
• You will review, draft, and negotiate national as well as international contracts, especially purchasing, sales, cooperation, and non-disclosure agreements
• You will process corporate law topics and accompany corresponding processes within the corporate structure
• You will coordinate cooperation with external law firms and manage the processing of complex legal matters
• You will develop legally secure and practice-oriented solutions for different departments
• You will accompany the legal support of international companies and participate in cross-departmental projects

Your Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed two legal State Examinations
• You bring at least five years of professional experience in a corporate legal department
• You have sound knowledge of contract law as well as ideally corporate law
• You have already worked in an industrial company; experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• You are able to process complex legal issues independently, pragmatically, and in a solution-oriented manner
• You bring business-fluent English skills and move confidently in an international environment
