HSE Manager M/F

Reporting to the HSE Director, your missions are as follows:

• Define and deploy the company's Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environment policy
• Evaluate and address professional risks (hygiene, work and commuting accidents, near misses, occupational diseases, psychosocial risks, incidents...) and environmental risks (pollution, nuisances)
• Maintain incident registers related to safety and propose corrective actions, follow up on defined action plans
• Define and monitor HSE indicators
• Ensure the update of the DUER, and of SEIRICH (risk analyses, SDS analysis)
• Draft procedures and action plans
• Ensure the compliance of the site subject to registration (ICPE), carry out various samplings, and/or monitor external companies
• Organize and conduct HSE training plans in relation with the HR department
• Perform regulatory monitoring (current texts, professional instructions, frameworks, client requirements)
• Participate in risk, incident, and accident analyses
• Lead an awareness campaign for all employees regarding risks and prevention measures
• Collaborate with supervisors and leaders to monitor compliance and identify safety issues (safety gemba walk, detection of dangerous situations)
• Manage relations with authorities, professional organizations, and control bodies to guarantee compliance with regulatory obligations (DREAL, Médecine, Assureur, CARSAT, .)
• Lead quarterly CSSCT meetings
• Develop and lead a continuous improvement approach
• Identify priority improvement projects and define risk prevention plans and safety protocols

We are looking for a person with at least a Bac +3 in HSE. You have a successful first experience in industry where you have worked on HSE missions. You are proficient in English.
